I started my creative career path in 1994 as a percussionist, then spent several years as a professonal didgeridoo player, holding workshops in Schools and talking about the Australian Aboriginal people and their culture and the natural histpry of Australia. During my time, I have played many major and prestigious venues, such as Earls Court in London, Bournemouth Conference Centre and York and Sandown racecourses. For four years I taught at Eton College.
Since I bought my first digital camera in 2002, a Fujifilm bridge camera, upgrading to my second digital camera, a Minolata Dimage 7Hi, in 2004 I bought my first digital SLR. The Nikon D70 served me well.
Camera of choice now is the nikon D300 with Battery grip to make portrait shooting easier.
I have shot a vast array of different subjects, from Abstracts, Macro, Wildlife, for fun and professionally, Products, people, cars, Agricultural machinery during harvest. In 2009 I sold prints to the Marlow Tourism Office and in 2010 I have decided to turn professional as a photographer, coveriing products, cars and industrial photography and As I type this I am waiting for the dates for an industrial shoot.
I still compose music freelance, and have been paid to compose demo tracks for Tv adverts. An album that I played a session on is about to be released. My own album is still available for purchase.
I have also been asked to compose demo tracks for TV advertising campaigns.
